Audio Sunset Festival- tickets redeemable at We Are One

It is unfortunate and gives us a heavy heart to write this, but we must postpone our event: Audio Sunset on Oct 5th. We are hosting a smaller event on OCT 5th with some of the headliners in the information below.

With Mahon Ranch, we had been working with Elk Grove city on the permitting during this whole process getting things approved for the use of the Ranch and event space. This whole process was being done correctly and things were given the green light months before we announced and begun artist bookings. The owner of the ranch is great and we really looked forward to having a festival out there.

It wasn’t until two weeks ago when the alcohol permits were submitted by our hired bartender (as this is standard practice for this mobile bar to submit during that window of time) to the sacramento City ABC department, that a zoning issue was brought to light. Part of the land falls under sacramento county as well as having an Elk Grove County zip code. Since this was brought to light, the officials at the different departments of Sacramento County have been doing their best to work with us on getting things approved to make the event happen, they have been very understanding on this unique situation and the undefined grey area in which this property falls on. They have taken the time to make emergency meetings to bring up any issues that the use of the property might have under Sac County rules, not Elk Grove County regulations. Unfortunately all contingency plans and options were exhausted with use of mahon ranch.

We were able to find a possible venue to relocate the entire festival. We immediately submitted applications for use permits but received word back late last week that the permits won’t be approved due to an inadequate amount of time for processing and staffing, etc.

We plan on using this new venue to postpone and host the full festival event, but it will have to be at a later date.

This is the first time that we have had to postpone an event. A lot of time and planning has already gone into this and we will not let it go to waste. We plan on doing the postponed show bigger and better than what we had already intended. Please stay tuned and we appreciate your understanding.
We have decided to make things easier by just offering TWO options: you can either request a REFUND or choose to roll the ticket over to the postponed festival event, information about the postponed festival will be coming to you soon. There will no longer be an event this saturday. CANCELLED SHOW THIS OCT 5TH. There has been push back on all fronts and we dont want to disappoint the audience / you all. So what is best is to save everything for the festival later on. Ticket sales will be refunded, please request refunds accordingly. If they were online, please request it through the eventbrite app. Any questions regarding refunds, please message eventbrite, our company profile on eventbrite, or our facebook page. Otherwise those tickets can/will be used for the postponed festival event. Thank you for understanding.
